NEW: Bishop Tobin Criticizes Nelson Mandela’s Abortion Stance

Monday, December 09, 2013

The Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence, Most Reverend Thomas J. Tobin, has issued a statement about the death of Nelson Mandela.

“Many people around the world and in our own nation are mourning the loss of former South African President Nelson Mandela. Indeed there is much to admire in Mandela’s long life and public service, particularly his personal courage and his stalwart defense of human rights.

There is part of President Mandela’s legacy, however, that is not at all praiseworthy, namely his shameful promotion of abortion in South Africa. In 1996 Mandela promoted and signed into law the “Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Bill” that, according to the New York Times, “replaced one of the world’s toughest abortion laws with one of the most liberal.”

While we pray for the peaceful repose of President Mandela’s immortal soul and the forgiveness of his sins, we can only regret that his noble defense of human dignity did not include the youngest members of our human family, unborn children.”

Mandela passed away last Thursday, at the age of 95.

When a former conservative Pope flies into Africa and proclaims that AIDS "cannot be reduced through the distribution of condoms that WAS NOT.. a "white lie". AIDS kills someone in Africa every two minutes. Some countries have a 25% infection rate. Condoms diminish the spread by as much as 80%! So the Pope's bald face lie killed people and makes certain a new generation of Africans will have a higher infection rate than the last.

The Church is growing in Africa, faster than the population. At the same time AIDS is spreading at a similar pace.

Combine the numbers, the conservative pope's statements, the eternal damnation promised if you use a condom, and wonderful gems like this:.."Catholic Archbishop claims condom makers infect condoms with AIDS"

Mandela and his pal Mbeki are the ones who spread aids. Don't take my word for it, check it out. Mbeki, as part of South Africa's regression to superstition and genocide, took the stance that AIDS is not a virus, thus no vaccines nor mechanical methods - prophylactics - would be of any use in stopping its spread.

Good for this one church official for stating the truth that none will dare contemplate for fear of being called 'racist'.

Prior to Mandela, for forty years South Africa's homicide rate was about one hundred forty per year.

During and post Mandela, the homicide rate is more than twenty four thousand people per year and climbing. This despite a much smaller population than America, and 'good strict gun control to keep people safe' as the leftists love to chant.

Google "South Africa's descent steepens" to find a lovely video for holiday hearthside viewing on the website 'moonbattery dot com'. You'll recognize the video at once, it's mandela's true legacy. The film's protagonist is the chap wearing the latest and coming style: a gas filled tire around his neck.

Watch it thru the end, if you can, bearing in mind the mandela regime remained silent as to this practice.

Funny, the way the pressniks are shy about publishing the many photos of Mandela posing with his soviet KGB Case Officer, Yossel Mashel Slovo aka Joe Slovo. Many photos exist in which this duo pose with their clenched-fist communist salutes.

mandela's first wife, Evelyn Maze, passed peacefully in 2004. He abandoned her to become a terrorist, which is why he was in prison - it really wasn't for unpaid video store fines.

Evelyn Maze repeatedly warned a giddy South Africa about mandela, to no avail. She stated her belief that rather than making gods of fallen men, it's best to worship 'the True God, Jehovah' as she so stated.

When she died, heads of state from around the world including America acknowledged her true decency and showed their respect by attending her funeral.

Meanwhile, the Giddy will surely elevate this grinning magician to deity status, and enjoy the invariable results of so doing.

How can the people who comment on this site be so wrong, so often. President Mandela was not s terrorist except to the despicable Afrikaner regime and to blindly misguided cold warriors. Every time I read one of Mr. Zecchino's post, I feel like I need a shower.

Clearly Africa has many issues. If one wants to live in a glass bubble as Tobin is, one can only see what one wants. Easy to cast stones on a country like Africa and Mandela but Africa has a totally different environment to survive in. Tobin is not considering the human rights of Africans he is just quoting church beliefs. This is the same church that does not condone pedophile priests once they are found out about from a victim speaking up, not from within the church body. Hypocrisy comes to mind.
